Evans Orthodontic Appliances is a family-owned orthodontic lab located in Battle Creek, Michigan. Owner Bill Evans, co-owned and operated FABCO lab prior to opening his own in the summer of 2002. As owner and lead fabricator, Bill brings 43 years of industry experience to his trade. He is considered an expert fabricator by most. At Evans Orthodontic Appliances, the orthodontist has a single point of contact for the entire fabrication process. Viewed as an extension of the orthodontic treatment office, this unique partnership maximizes the treatment outcomes while delivering an adjustment free fit. Their exceptional attention to customer service, quality workmanship and the customized approach to each patient case is what sets them apart from the large lab where an assembly line style sacrifices quality for quantity.

For those practices that fabricate their own expansion and retention appliances, they also offer custom on-site training and development courses; performance improvement and intervention solutions. They work directly with you and your staff to understand your performance needs, then design training solutions specific to meet those needs and bring them directly to your office and your staff.

Bill and his wife Debbie are from Battle Creek. They have five children and five grandchildren.
