Turn-around time: Normal in lab time for fabrication is 3 to 5 days for retainers and fixed appliances; 5 to 7 days for functional. Recognizing that occasionally cases need emergency attention, just call us if you ever have a case you are sending with less than normal lead time. We can prioritize those special situations to meet your needs. Typically this service, if not routine, is provided with no additional lab charges.
Shipping: We schedule our fabrication to ensure arrivals by end of business on the due date listed on the script. Making that date 24 to 48 hours before the patient appointment is advised. We ship UPS ground for our normal lead time cases. We use Fed Ex only when short lead times require it. We pay for all shipping throughout the month as a courtesy and add those charges monthly at the time of your statement is issued.
Invoice options: We work with each client to deliver the invoice process that meets their internal accounting needs. We can invoice each patient case separately or we can roll up your shipments and invoice collectively by ship day. We can email invoices, mail monthly with your statements or hold them on file for 24 months and provide a copy only as needed.
Billing terms: We bill all cases on a monthly basis with net 15 day terms. You can choose either a mid-month or month-end due date cycle. We accept checks by mail, or credit card payments. We do not offer financing terms. Accounts need to be paid in-full each month on or before their due dates to avoid late fees.
